Richland Hills, TX June 26, 2022 8:00 Fire Departments from throughout the area participated in various roles at a Mass Casualty (MCI) Drill involving a Trinity Rail Express (TRE) train at Handley-Ederville Road and the tracks. Volunteers from numerous civilian emergency response groups played the role of victims and provided rehabilitation(drinks, snacks, & cooling). The drill focused on dealing with a large number of victims, including extrication, triage, and transporting.
