January 25, 2020 14:07 – Colleyville, Texas NETCOM fire alarm dispatchers took a call from a homeowner reporting an electrical problem and smoke in their home. Colleyville police and fire departments were dispatched along with mutual aid from Grapevine and Keller fire departments.

Arriving crews reported nothing showing on arrival and began to investigate. The source was located between the ceiling above the garage and below the floor from the space above. Keller Truck 581’s crew pulled ceiling and got water on it before it had a chance to spread. Fortunately, the fire was detected early and damage kept to a minimum.
