During March, Northeast Fire Department Association (NEFDA) department firefighters are conducting mid/high-rise training at Fort Worth Fire Department’s training tower. The scenarios provide a great opportunity for NEFDA firefighters to train together. For most NEFDA departments, it’s likely any significant incident at a mid/high-rise will require the help of neighboring departments and more. Numerous skills can be practiced during scenarios like these including: Suppression, Search and Rescue, Command and Control, Medical, and more.
