Early Morning House Fire Fire Service House Fire Incident March 6, 2020March 6, 2020 March 6, 2020 01:43 Euless, TX. 911 Operators/Dispatchers received a call from a resident in a two story home reporting his house filling with smoke. Euless fire and police crews were dispatched along with automatic mutual aid from Bedford for an additional engine. Enroute, dispatch advised crews one person was trapped. As crews arrived they reported a fire hydrant in front of the house, and went to work. During their 360 size-up of the building they reported smoke from the roof turbines and one person in a rescue situation on a patio roof. They made a quick rescue and went inside, finding heavy smoke upstairs, and a fire in a back bedroom. The fire was quickly knocked down and ventilation started, including cutting a hole in the roof. One of the residents reported difficulty breathing, but it’s not known at post time if he was transported.
