Bedford Apartment Kitchen Fire Apartment Fire Fire Service Incident February 10, 2020February 10, 2020 February 8, 2020 14:54 Bedford, TX – Dispatchers received a call from an apartment resident reporting a kitchen fire. Hurst FD was dispatched for automatic mutual aid with the Bedford units. Battalion 15 arrived reporting light smoke showing. Truck 151, (Engine 151 and Truck 153 recently swapped stations) was assigned attack and quickly put out the fire as other crews evacuated neighboring apartment units. Hurst was released quickly and Bedford units returned to service quickly as well.
